Who is responsible

Ricardo Serodio, based in Portugal, is the controller for this website. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact privacy@wisestrikemusic.com.

Browsing this website

This is a music information website. There are no visitor accounts, contact forms, newsletter registrations or purchases on this site. The merchandise images are previews and do not accept orders.

Cloudflare provides hosting, traffic delivery and security. When your browser requests a page, technical data such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and security signals are processed to deliver the page and protect the service. Our legal basis for this necessary processing is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not maintain a separate visitor database or export routine browsing logs. Technical records are retained only as needed for delivery, diagnosing faults and security, within the retention settings and obligations of the services involved. Records relevant to a specific incident may be kept until that incident and any related legal obligations are resolved.

Cookies and device storage

The website does not install advertising or audience-measurement cookies, tracking pixels or local-storage identifiers. Images and styles are hosted with the website. Music and videos are links, not automatically loaded third-party players.

Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security mechanisms, including security cookies if a protection challenge is needed. These are used for security, not advertising. See Cloudflare's security-cookie information. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary security mechanisms may affect access.

If optional analytics, advertising or embedded players are introduced, this notice and any required prior-consent controls will be updated before they are activated.

When you email us

We process the sender address, name if supplied, message and necessary correspondence to answer your enquiry. Please send only information needed for your request, and do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification is specifically requested.

General enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Requests to exercise data-protection rights are handled to comply with our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Our policy is to remove routine correspondence within 12 months after the enquiry is closed. A limited record may be kept longer where required by law or necessary for an actual dispute.

Service providers and international processing

Privacy emails are forwarded by Cloudflare to the controller's Microsoft-hosted mailbox. These providers process the information needed to deliver and store messages and operate their services. We do not sell personal data or use privacy enquiries for marketing.

Providers operate internationally, so processing can occur outside the European Economic Area. Depending on the service and processing role, safeguards include applicable adequacy decisions and contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Further information is available in Cloudflare's data-processing terms, Cloudflare's privacy notice and Microsoft's privacy statement. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your request.

Links to other platforms

If you choose to open YouTube, Spotify or DistroKid/HyperFollow, you leave this website. Those platforms process data under their own notices and settings. Their pages may include cookies, account features or email-sharing options; using those options is your choice.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.

Contact privacy@wisestrikemusic.com. We normally respond within one month. If the law permits an extension because of the complexity or number of requests, we will explain it within that first month. You can also complain to Portugal's Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) or your local data-protection supervisory authority.
